1. Decorate/Color Easter Eggs
Before Easter, many families celebrate by decorating Easter eggs! If you’ve decorated Easter eggs before, then you know how fun the craft is. New to decorating Easter eggs? Then here is a step-by-step guide on how to have the most fun with your friends and family, and make the most vibrant eggs!
You can find a generic Easter egg dye kit at any supermarket. To start off, purchase a pack of Easter dye tablets, and a carton of eggs. There are many different types of dye kits that you can find from simple coloring to stickers (check out our Easter temporary tattoo collection for some more egg fun). A little Easter hint: instead of inserting the dye tablets into water, insert them into rice vinegar for extra vibrancy! Ensure that you hard-boil your eggs prior to dying them; otherwise you’ll end up with dyed runny yolks, yuck. Now, this is the fun part. To dye your eggs, simply place the hard-boiled eggs in any dye of your choice, and voilà! You have a dyed Easter egg for the Easter bunny to hide! If you want to be a bit more creative, any of our Easter temporary tattoos can be placed on any surface- like an egg- and not just your skin.
2. Host an Easter Brunch

To make brunch simple, and stress free in the kitchen, simply provide a few staple recipes, and make the rest of brunch a potluck! An easy and inexpensive way to create some incentive for your kids or friends to find the eggs is to hide golden Easter eggs, and place special objects inside of them (check out our Easter temporary tattoos as a great special object).
